ERSB Collection Increase

ERSB annual waste management fee will be set at $225 per household effective January 1st, 2025.

This fee adjustment will support the continued delivery of essential waste management services, including weekly garbage collection, bi-weekly recycling collection, and annual collections for oversized items. Starting in 2026, all communities served by the ERSB will transition to a single, by-appointment collection system for oversized items. Communities under existing contracts will receive two bulk collections in 2025 as before. The annual waste fee of $225 per household will apply for all communities on January 1, 2025.
